Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Leh

Arrive at Leh Kushok Bakula Airport.
Transfer to the hotel and relax to acclimatize.
Evening: Take a leisurely walk through the local market.

Day 2: Leh – Monastery Circuit

Explore Shey Palace, known for its golden statue of Buddha.
Visit Thiksey Monastery, resembling the Potala Palace in Lhasa.
Continue to Hemis Monastery, the largest and most famous monastery in Ladakh.

Day 3: Leh – Alchi – Likir – Magnetic Hill

Take a day trip to Alchi Monastery, famous for its 11th-century murals.
Stop at Likir Monastery, featuring a giant statue of Maitreya Buddha.

View the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers.

Day 4: Leh to Nubra Valley (via Khardung La)
